Paramus PBA Local 186 was instituted on January 21st, 1969, with the goal of supporting and advocating for the law enforcement professionals of the Paramus Police Department. Since its inception, the PBA has grown significantly and now proudly represents a dedicated membership of over 100 officers. Over the years, the association has remained committed to promoting the welfare of police officers, ensuring their rights and benefits are protected, and providing resources for professional development and solidarity within the law enforcement community.
