Michael Focarino
Detective Focarino has been a Paramus Police Officer for 8 years. He is a Primary Field Training Officer and a Fire Team Leader for Paramus PD's Emergency Service Unit. Detective Focarino is a Firearms Instructor/Armorer and serves as the Drug Recognition Expert Coordinator for the department. He has been a member of the executive board since 2022. Prior to becoming a police officer, Detective Focarino served as a Captain in the United States Air Force. He is an Operation Enduring Freedom veteran.

Bill Stallone
Officer Stallone has been a Paramus Police Officer for 8 years. He is a Field Training Officer, a member of the Ceremonial Honor Guard and Emergency Service Unit. He is currently assigned as a Task Force Officer with the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Investigations Squad. Officer Stallone has been a member on the executive board in various roles since 2021.

Thomas Holden
Detective Holden has been a Paramus Police Officer for 9 years. He is a member of the Ceremonial Honor Guard. He previously served as a Task Force Officer with the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Investigations Squad. He is currently assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division. Detective Holden has been a member of the executive board in various roles since 2018.

Kevin Grady
Officer Kevin Grady has been a member of the Paramus Police Department for eight years. He is a member of the Emergency Service Unit and is part of the specialized sniper team. In addition to his police duties, Officer Grady participates in the Ceremonial Honor Guard and the Motorcycle Unit. He also brings 15 years of experience as a volunteer with the Paramus Fire Department. This will be Officer Grady's first term as treasurer, and he officially began his duties on the executive board in 2023.

Dave Polanco
Officer Polanco has been a Paramus Police officer for 7 years and was previously employed by the South Hackensack Police for 3 years. He is a Field Training Officer, a member of the Ceremonial Honor Guard, the Emergency Service Unit, and the Paramus Police Crash Investigation Unit. Officer Polanco is assigned to the patrol division and has been a member of the executive board in various roles since 2023.

Matt Orefice
Officer Orefice has been a Paramus Police Officer for 7 years. He is a Field Training Officer, a member of the Ceremonial Honor Guard, and Emergency Service Unit. Officer Orefice has been a member on the executive board since 2024.

Nick Perna
Detective Perna has been a Paramus Police Officer for 7 years and was previously employed by the Ridgefield Park Police Department for 5 years. He is a member of the Emergency Services Unit and a Primary Field Training Officer. Detective Perna is currently assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division.

Kevin Osback
Officer Osback was hired by the Paramus Police Department in 2020 and is currently assigned to the Emergency Service Unit, where he serves as a sniper. Additionally, he is a firearms instructor and competes in Ironman triathlons in his spare time.

Connor Nutland
Officer Nutland has been with the Paramus Police Department for 11 years. He is a Field Training Officer, Awards committee member, and a member of the Strategic Response Unit. Outside the department, he is a Platoon Leader for the Bergen County Rapid Deployment Team and serves as a trustee for the New Jersey Honor Legion. Officer Nutland has been a member of the executive board since 2023.

Mike Cleary
Officer Cleary has been a Paramus Police Officer for 5 years. He is a member of the Ceremonial Honor Guard and Emergency Service Unit. He is also a defensive tactics instructor and assists with the Junior Police Academy.
